17/02853/OUT - Field 6414, Laverton Road, Kirkby Malzeard - Outline application for the erection of one dwelling with all matters reserved - Blackburn. Parish Council - The Council objected on various planning grounds. HBC - refused.

17/02492/DVCON - Mossie Mire House, Laverton - variation of condition 6 in respect of planning permission for 17/00389/FUL - Cox. Parish Council not intending to make response as technical issue. HBC - permitted.

17/01085/COU - North Close Farm, Kirkby Malzeard - Change of use of agricultural shed to form storage and distribution unit (use class B8).- Mawer. This was originally submitted in March as 17/01047/PNG -Prior notification of change of use of agricultural building to B8 use (storage and distribution) but was withdrawn by the applicants prior to a decision being made.  Parish Council - No response provided (but no objections when considered in March).
